Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meepo platform, including the website at meepo.app, the design studio at studio.meepo.app, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by PT Quantum Teknologi Nusantara ("Meepo", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Meepo offers multiple subscription tiers, including free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.

• Free Plan: Includes 20 initial AI credits. No credit card required.
• Tools Plans (Creator, Pro, Team): Provide AI design generation credits renewed monthly.
• Agency Plans (Essential, Premium): Include AI credits plus human designer polish with defined turnaround times.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Current pricing is always available at meepo.app/#pricing.

3. Credits and Usage

AI design generation is powered by a credit system. Each design request consumes one or more credits depending on the complexity and type of output. Credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period unless explicitly stated.

Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Meepo reserves the right to adjust credit allocations with reasonable notice.

4. Design Requests and Deliverables

You may submit design requests through the Meepo platform, including via the web interface or MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration. Design requests are subject to the following:

• AI-generated designs are delivered within seconds to minutes.
• Human-polished designs (Agency plans) are delivered within 24 hours (Essential) or 2–4 hours (Premium), measured during business hours.
• Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed SLAs unless covered by a separate Enterprise agreement.
• Design requests must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 8).

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including brand assets, logos, images, and copy ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Meepo a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Design Output

All designs generated through the Service ("Design Output") are owned by you upon delivery and payment. You receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the Design Output for any purpose.

Meepo Platform

The Meepo platform, including its software, UI, algorithms, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of PT Quantum Teknologi Nusantara. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, brand features, or proprietary technology.

6. Payment and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card details.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at each renewal period.
• Failed payments may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Your account reverts to the Free plan with limited functionality.
• Existing Design Output remains accessible and owned by you.

Agency plans may be paused instead of cancelled. Pausing freezes your subscription and billing until you resume.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create designs that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Produce content depicting minors in harmful or exploitative contexts.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated systems to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service.
• Resell access to the Service without written authorization.

Meepo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without refund.

9. API and MCP Integration

Meepo provides API and MCP server access for programmatic design requests. Use of the API is subject to these Terms and any additional API-specific documentation. API access may be rate-limited and is tied to your subscription's credit allocation.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated designs will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEEPO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Meepo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meepo from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
