Design content: Images, text, brand guidelines, and other materials you submit as part of design requests.
Communications: Messages you send to us via email, chat, or WhatsApp support.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, design requests submitted, credits consumed, and session duration.
Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device identifiers.
Network data: IP address, approximate geographic location (country/region level), and referring URL.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

OAuth providers: If you sign in via Google or other OAuth providers, we receive your name, email, and profile picture as authorized by you.
Analytics services: Aggregated usage data from analytics providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
Process your design requests and deliver Design Output.
Process payments and manage your subscription.
Send transactional communications (account confirmations, billing receipts, design delivery notifications).
Send marketing communications (product updates, feature announcements) — only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
Analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models and platform experience.
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (payment processing, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
Human designers: For Agency plan users, your design briefs, brand assets, and content are shared with our design team to fulfill requests. Designers operate under confidentiality agreements.
Legal compliance: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. AI-Generated Content

When you submit a design request, your prompt, brand profile, and uploaded assets may be processed by AI models to generate designs. We want you to know:

Your design prompts and brand data are used solely to generate your requested designs.
We do not use your specific design requests or brand assets to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
AI-generated designs may occasionally produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing output before use.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

Essential cookies: Required for the Service to function (authentication, session management). Cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies: Help us understand how you use the Service (page views, feature usage). We use privacy-respecting analytics tools.

6. Data Retention

Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion to allow recovery.
Design Output: Stored for the duration of your subscription. After account deletion, designs are permanently removed within 90 days.
Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
Secure cloud infrastructure with reputable providers.
